Here is a thumbnail sketch, in this newsletter ... we let everyone know about the new management team, we let everyone know that we'll be sending out this newsletter every month, and as in the video above, and the manifesto below, we articulate the Vision Statement that we have been honing over the past four years of modernizing company culture. We are a middle-sized company operating in a competitive environment doing work that we care about at locations spread across a wide land area, in an environment of ever increasing connectivity and technological sophistication, doing work that we are passionate about, doing work that we are passionate about doing well, being passionate about about helping others to be the absolute best that they can be. OUR MISSION Working with ProjectGENIUS means that you are committed to promoting the idea that teachers are capable of greatness, to getting teachers to expect greatness of themselves and to getting schools to expect greatness of teachers. OUR CORE BELIEFS Working with ProjectGENIUS means that you believe teachers are always at their best when they collaborate -- with other foreign teachers, with fellow educators at school, across the agency, and across the world community of educators.
